Monmouth - the World's First Deforestation Free town?

As a part of the ACE Monmouth Festival on Sunday 24^th September at 11:00 am, there will be a community discussion around why Monmouth should be a Deforestation Free Town and how as a community we can work together to make it happen.

On the panel, we will have:

Pioneering (former) students of Osbaston Primary school (who are actively addressing this issue in their school), who will explain all with Nichola Rose James from the Tropical Forest Charity Size of Wales

Sherren McCabe-Finlayson Chair of Monmouth Chamber of Commerce

PLUS!! We are delighted to have Andy Middleton to Chair the debate. Andy is a specialist, helping leaders and organizations deliver radical action on climate, nature and well-being. He is an expert facilitator, specialising in sustainability and innovation. Here he is below, talking about the opportunity for business in Wales.
