ACE Monmouth Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is Action on Climate Emergency Monmouth (ACE Monmouth), a volunteer-led community group based in Monmouth, Wales.
  2. Eligibility: Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding anyone directly involved in the administration of the prize draw or the ACE Festival.
  3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the official entry form, available both online and in paper format at the ACE Climate Festival on 14th September 2025. The closing date for entries is 14th September 2025 at 6:00pm. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary.
  4. Prize: Three winners will receive a £50 voucher, with a chance of winning a voucher for either Wye Weight, the Savoy Theatre (Monmouth), or the Crafty Pickle. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable. Each winner can only win once – if a winner is selected more than once by chance the prize will be redrawn.
  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place on 19th September 2025 and will be conducted fairly and transparently.
  6. Notification: The winner will be contacted by ACE Monmouth within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, ACE Monmouth reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  7. Publicity: By entering, participants agree that ACE Monmouth may announce the winner’s name in promotional materials (e.g. social media and newsletters), unless the winner requests otherwise.
  8. Data Protection: Personal data provided will only be used for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with ACE Monmouth’s Privacy Policy.
  9. General: ACE Monmouth reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time if necessary. The decision of ACE Monmouth is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Governing Law: This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
